If Scentsy or its Service Providers need to extend the time, or must refuse your request, Scentsy or its Service Providers will tell you why, subject to any legal restrictions and will notify you in writing of the new deadline, the reasons for the extension, and of your right to make a complaint to the relevant privacy commissioner regarding the extension.
